INGE WOLFLE

Born in 1935 at Munich, Germany. Her father was the famous portrait painter, Franz Xavier Wolfle. At her home town she studied at the School of Industrial Art and later at the Munich Academy. Here she was influenced by Professor Schwarzer, and Professor Jobbs, although naturally she received the greater part of her tuition from her father.

She widened her knowledge of techniques by foreign travel, but continued to paint figure subjects and still life using a highly academic technique.

Her paintings are to be seen in many exhibitions throughout Europe.
