Olivia Tuck’s Royal Tudor Sugar Bowl is an original still life painting that captures the elegance of English blue-and-white china with painterly finesse. The creamy glaze and cobalt flourishes are rendered in soft, gestural brushwork, evoking both tactility and light. Tuck’s restrained palette and loose technique revitalise traditional domestic subjects.
Ollie Tuck is a Sussex-based Still Life painter who has exhibited with the RSMA and ROI.
Her paintings are a response to the beauty of colour and light she finds in everyday subjects. Her recent works combine traditional still life subjects with a contemporary use of colour and pattern in highly decorative, joyful compositions.
Ollie has won awards including 2nd Place 'Stanley Grimm Memorial Award at the Royal Institute of Oil painters 2022, the RSMA Next Generation Award and Holly Bush Painter Prize, Best figurative painting, 2021.
