Frosty Fantasy.

“Covering familiar ground I have walked this track many times and worked in neighbouring fields. On this occasion I was so struck by the conditions, the ground hard underfoot, the frost suspended on the grasses and brambles was stunning, but more than this was the light shining through. There was a randomness to the shapes of the trees which gave the composition an abstract quality worth painting.” – Martin Taylor
