David Mynett was born in 1942. Before becoming an artist, he was a farmer and he was educated at Magdalen Collage in Oxford. He found the constant changes in light inspiring, and this is depicted in his paintings. Mynett taught at the Can Xenet School of Painting in Majorca and his paintings can be found in private and public collections. Mynett died in 2013.
