ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
Gladwells Rutland will be exhibiting at the 65th Anniversary of The Game Fair. Established in 1958, The Game Fair once again takes place in the familiar surroundings of stunning Ragley Hall. A celebration for the countryside and English summer time in all its glory.
We are delighted that the Game Fair will host our fine art gallery and sculpture garden and will be showcasing the awe-inspiring, monumental sculpture by James Doran Webb, one of the world’s leading driftwood animal artists. Alongside this Gladwells Rutland have finely tuned a collection of wonderful paintings including original oils by none other than David Shepherd, who is the finest wildlife artist of the last one-hundred years.
We are proud to present an exceptional collection of Post-Impressionist landscapes by Gustave Loiseau and Jeanne Selmersheim-Desgranges. Alongside these we will be showcasing impressionistic masterpieces by Georges Charles Robin and Alexandre Louis Jacob, whose work evokes the beauty of the European countryside with charming vistas of the lush river valleys of rural France such as the Loire and the Dordogne.
We hope you enjoy this collection, and look forward to welcoming you to Stand F551 at the Game Fair from 28th – 30th July.
