Autumn Fallers by Olivia Tuck is a richly observed still life that celebrates the colour and abundance of the season. Painted with sensitivity, the composition brings together apples in a range of tones, from cherry red and pale blush to deep burgundy, each rendered with subtle shifts of light and texture. Layered green leaves punctuate the arrangement, adding freshness and contrast against the warmer hues. Ollie Tuck is a Sussex-based Still Life painter who has exhibited with the RSMA and ROI.
Her paintings are a response to the beauty of colour and light she finds in everyday subjects. Her recent works combine traditional still life subjects with a contemporary use of colour and pattern in highly decorative, joyful compositions.
Ollie has won awards including 2nd Place 'Stanley Grimm Memorial Award at the Royal Institute of Oil painters 2022, the RSMA Next Generation Award and Holly Bush Painter Prize, Best figurative painting, 2021.
